As per the Scatter Plot data, there are several observations that can be made. Some of them are as follows:

1. As the Cost of utilities increase marginally (very minor increase), there is a huge increase in the number of Rooms rented. This observation is derived from the Data point 1 and 2. After increasing the cost of Utilities from around 4100 to 4150, there is a substantial increase in the number of rooms rented. i.e. from around 1600 to 2050.

2. Continuing with this pattern, a substantial increase in the cost of utilities results in a similar number of rooms being rented. This observation is derived from the data points 3, 4 and 5. As the cost of utilities increase from around 4100 to 6100, there is a substantial increase in room-nights rented i.e. from around 2100 to around 2800. From this it can be said that the patterns is quite strong. And the data points are forming a step-like pattern.

3. This patterns is quite similar to a set of stairs as observed from the date points 1 to 7. I.e. increasing pattern like stairs.
