Power is the probability of rejecting a false null hypothesis.

Effect size is the difference between hypothsised value of the parameter and observed value .

When effect size is large , test gives significant results, power is automatically increased.

When effect size is small , sample size is increased to increase power .

So when effect size is  is high , power is automatically high , so it is not dependent on sample size .

Answer is

Statistical power has less influence on sample size

when effect size is high .
