Let XS is dominant over Xs. XS encodes straight bristle and it is dominant over forked bristle.

Let R genes encodes red eye colot and it is dominant over r allele. r allele in homozygous recessive condition produces purple eye color

Parents: XSXs/ Rr (female) × XsY / rr

Punnet square:

Gametes Xs /r Y/r
XS/R XSXs/ Rr ( Straight, Red) daughter XSY/ Rr ( straight, Red) son
XS/r XSXs/rr ( straight, purple) daughter XSY / rr ( straight, purple) son
Xs/R XsXs/ Rr ( forked, red) daughter XsY/Rr ( forked, red) son
Xs/r XsXs/ rr ( forked, purple) daughter XsY/rr ( forked, purple) son

As you seen that 1 out of 4 daughters have forked bristle and purple eye.

That's why percentage of daughter having forked bristle and purpel eye is (1/4)×100=25%
