We have 0.13 mol of HClO in 500 mL of water and 0.13 mol of NaOH

Reaction will be as follows:

HClO + NaOH <-> NaClO + H2O

If we consider the initial concentrations before reaching equilibrium, we can say that:

For HClO:

[HClO] = 0.13 mol / 0.5 L = 0.26 M

For ClO- (considering no NaClO has been produced):

[ClO-] = 0 M
