Determine the sum of all the elements in an integer array named numbers. 2. Determine the sum of all the elements that have odd-numbered indices in an array named oddSum. Write a fragment of code that determines the difference between the largest and smallest elements in an integer array. Name the array difference. 3. Determine both the largest element in an integer array named largest. Now, swap the largest value with the last value in the array (this value will now be the last element). 4. Reverse an array such that the fist element is now the last, the last is now the first. The second element is now second to last, and the second to last is now second. Note that when traversing the array, you only need to go half the length. 5. Determine whether or not a String array named word contains the word Hello (ignore case). 6. Write a fragment of code to determine whether or not each grade is a passing grade (60 or above) in an integer array named testGrades.
