Discuss the actions that might be taken to address these problems, and explain why they must be approached carefully.

Actions:

(1)Proper planning of hospital's cost budget

(2)Review the earlier made business plans

(3)Identification of problems of earlier made plans which led to present condition of shortage of clinical psychologists.

(4)Recruitment of optimum number of psychologists as per visibility and new estimates

(5)Asking surplus administrative workers to work in rotations and at reduced wages

Actions must be approached carefully because:

(1)If actions are not suitable, then again some resource shortage may happen.

(2)Even mis-recruitment may lead to shortage of hospital cash and capital.

(3)Mismanagement also affects the reputation of any organization.
