Effects of tariffs on the supply chain -
A tariff is a type of tax which is imposed by the government on imported and exported goods and services of other countries.
There are some effects of tariffs on the supply chain of the companies. When the tariffs of a country increase, it also increases the cost of the raw materials and the final products which are involved from start to end of the supply chain. It may also disbalance overall supply chain management. The supply chain greatly affected when tariffs impact a company's operations and manufacturing process. This ultimately increases the cost of the final products and services which goes to the consumers and thus the consumers pay a heavy price for their needed goods.
