Angular Inertia of body is given by I=mk^{^{2}}

where m is mass of object and k is radius of gyration about axis

(a) Here m=45kg and k=0.3m , so I= (45)\times (0.3)^{2} = 4.05 kgm^{2}

(b) In this case m=60.2 kg and k = 1.4m , so I=(60.2)\times (1.4)^{2}=117.992 kgm^{2}
