a) The integuminatory system comprises that skin and it's appendages acting to protect the body from various kinds of damage, water loss and damage from outside. This system includes hair, nails, feathers, scales and hooves.

Affecting conditions :

• Acne - The diseases affecting oil glands of skin
• Eczema - a long term skin diseass
• Hives - Red and itchy bumps on skin
• Impetigo - bacterial skin infection
• Melanoma - severe skin cancer
• Moles - growths on skin

b) Skeletal system is composed of bones, cartilages, ligaments and other tissue that perform essential functions for the body,

Affecting conditions :

• Osteoporosis - Bones become fragile and prone to fracture
• Osteopenia, osteitis deformans. Osteomalacia - similar to osteoporosis. A type of bone loss.

c) Muscular system consisting of three types of muscles-skeletal, smooth and cardiac muscles. It permits movement of body, maintains posture and blood circulation through out the body

• Muscular dystrophy - weakening of muscles.
• Tendinosis - degenerative tendons
• Fibromyalgia - chronic pain in muscles
• Mitochondrial myopathy- Disorder in mitochondrial ATP
• Tetanus - paralysis of muscles by bacterial infection

d) Nervous system is part of animal body which co-ordinates the physiological activities by transmitting signals to and different parts of the body

• Alzheimer's disease - complete loss of memory by degeneration of neurons
• Parkinson's disease - degenation of nerve ganglions
• Epilepsy - irregular flow of impulses
• Bell's palsy - paralysis of facial muscles

e) Endocrine system consisting chemical messages (hormones ) which producing by different glands to maintain homeostasis by acting on distant target cells.

• Gigantism - overproduction of somatotrophin at growth stage
• Dwarfinism- Defficiency of somatotrophin at growth stage
