There is hydrogen bonding possible in case of -CH2-CH2-NH- so the cross linking in this polymer is possible due to formation of hydrogen bonding between chains. The cross linking thus stiffens the structure and which increses its melting point.

In case of -CH2-CH2-O- there is hydrogen bonding present in this polymer so the cross linking is not possible so have low melting point.

In this case tg (glass transition temperature also increases)

So the answer : Higher glass transition temperature is expected in CH2CH2NH- .
