In the agarose gel plate given above,the relatedness is analysed by matching of fragment length between mother and her children's genome.

In case there is no matching with the mother,so A is not the child.

In case B the lower fragment matches with the mother,so he is the child. The other unmatched fragment may be of his father.

In case of C the fragment matches with that of the mother,so he is also the child.

In case D like that of B, lower fragment matches. So he is the child.

Therefore the option 2.BCD will be the right option.
