molarity of KOH = 0.26M

volume of solution = 7.7ml   = 0.007L

no of moles of KOH   = molarity * volume in L

                                  = 0.26*0.007   = 0.00182moles

     KOH(aq) --------------> K^+ (aq) + OH^- (aq)

   0.26M                                             0.26M

       [OH^-]    =   [KOH]

        [OH^-] = 0.26M

       POH   = -log0.26   = 0.585
