milli moles of NaOH = Molarity of NaOH x volume of NaOH = 0.35 M x 25 mL = 8.75 millimoles

let see the balanced equation

HCl + NaOH ----> NaCl + H2O

1 mol eo NaOH required 1 moles of HCl

accordingly

8.75 mmol of NaOH required 8.75 mL of HCl

Molarity of HCl = millimoles / mL = 8.75 mmol / 18 mL = 0.486 M
