After A and B are touched and then separated they will each have a charge of -4 uC. After B and C are touched and then separated,
each will end up with +0.5 uC so C will have a deficiency of electrons and since each electron has a charge of 1.6x10^-19C, you can calculate the deficiency.

hence from here we have a deficiency of 3 x 10^12 electrons
