Patient attitudes towards symptoms-how to patients feel about the symptoms.

providers behaviours that contribute in faulty communications:

  • Not listening - the doc interrupts the patients within 20 sec.
  • Use of jargon.
  • Baby talk .
  • Non person treatment.

Stereotypes of patients- Don't give afrain Americans too much info.

Here are the some of the consequences of patient provider relations:

Poor between providers can occur for a variety of reasons,either intentionally or unintentionally.Health care can be very unpredictable,complicated and stress full.patients needs can arise unexpectedly and a patient's conditions can change very rapidly.the unpredictability and urgency That occurs when caring for patients can lead to unplanned communication between providers which lead to a communication breakdown.

An example of poor communication pattern that occurs a stressfull Situation is when a provider Provides as much information as possible,as quickly as possible.For example ,a patient's helath is rapidly declining .the nurses phones the physician and provides as much information as Possible such aa vital signs,the parents history medications given,and any events leading up to the Patients current state.while all of these information important for the provider to know any lack of organisation or logic to what the nurse is saying may cause the provider to lose attention and dismiss the nurses concerns.
