  • the salary foregone of princess and her husband (2,750,000 + 1,450,000)
  • Rental income lost (12*200,000 = 2,400,000)
  • Depreciation (5,500,000)

Explicit cost is

  • Salary and advertisement (10,200,000 + 125,500,000)

Accounting profit = Revenue - explicit cost - depreciation

Economic profit = Revenue - total cost
