About 50% of Americans has no health care.The primary goal is to extent healthcare to 15% of Americans who has none.The Affordble care act has brought in significant changes in health care.Most of them payed for their health services through some form of health insurance or third-party payments.Individuals or their employers pay premium into a pool,which finances the medical care of those covered by the insurance .Recently ,there has been a shift among health care providers from the cure orientation to a prevention orientation.Most of the expenditure in health care is mainly due to hospital charge and professional service fees,administrative costs,drugs and devices and ageing population.There are certain factors which needs to be changed.
