The molecules where the electrons are most delocalized will have the highest wavelength. Higher possibility of electron delocalization means, the lesser energy is required to move the electrons between highest bonding pi orbital and lowest anti bonding pi orbital. The degree of delocalization will depend on the conjugated double bonds. More the double bonds are in conjugation, higher will be the wavelength absorption.

Amongst the given molecules, structure II has most conjugated bonds. So this will show the highest wavelength absorption.
