Yes these features , provide the positive and negative results. As the Autocratic Working place may does not invite the ideas and views, which will demotivate the employee morale. and result in turnover or low productivity etc.
In Functional Organisation structure, there are the specialised foreman such as Route clerk, gang boss, repair boss, inspector etc. such organisation divided into planning and Executive Functional bosses. which have many advantages such as Limited Duties, Scope for expension, Flexibility etc but at the same time there are Conflicts in Authority, Difficulty in pinpointing Responsibilities, Expensive, Lack of Coordinations etc.
