Choosing a random element as the pivot.

Explanation :

The selection of correct pivot element is very important in order to get balanced partitions. If first or last element is chosen, the selection may be fast but it may lead to most number of comparisons and thus may prove as the worst case. One way to avoid this to choose the pivot element randomly. This will prevent the scenario where the input is bad.
