From above given date, we can conclude that the number of conjugates is highest in MM (-) Leucine. In conjugation experiment, the Leucine gene transferred first. Therefore the number of conjugates are highest. As time progress,the later amino acid genes are transferred and the number of conjugates in subsequent Minimal Media plates are lesser than MM (-) Leucine plate.
