The deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and many others have sparked nationwide protests. As a result, companies across the spectrum (from ice cream to makeup and everything in between) are making statements supporting Black Lives. You are the CEO of a financial management team, and you've asked your public relations team to develop a statement to post on social media. Your team comes back with a very strongly worded statement condemning white supremacy and police brutality. It's very well written and accompanied by perfect graphics. In short, it is stellar work.

But, there is a problem. Your company works closely with the local police and many wealthy white families in the area, so could you alienate your client base and lose business as a result of the post. Also, your public relations/social media team who developed the post are all people of color, including a black woman. So, you may alienate and lose some of your best employees if you choose not to make the post (or ask them to soften it).

Conclusion

As the events suggested, a not thought to be action happened due to unwanted understanding of societal and cultural relations. It’s no ones’ fault, but every ones’ responsibility to understand we are all one who came from the unknown. The hash tag #BlakLives Matter actually conveys the message of much celebrated concepts of Humanism, i.e, #HumanLivesMatter. Then other activists would raise the hand. Even if they do, they too misunderstood the matter; #Human Lives Matter means #Mother Earth Cherishes.

So all the hash tags and slogans are temporary and short term expressions of the grand understanding of our Mother Earth. We believe Earth gives the chance to live in a suitable situation. And we lived in such situation, we are living in such situation and we will so. Then why the aroma of our friendship gets barriers? The mathematics of power struggle would give an approximate answer, yet it’s not complete. People can have divergent opinion about themselves and others, but when it’s affect other lives, it need to be checked? Why?

Because, if you became the cause to harm one today, another one will become the cause to harm you. It’s a cycle. If you give, you have to take it. It’s the Law of Nature. No one going to break it, unless he himself collapsed. Now, the guilty one behind the bars definitely misses the opportunity to meet and enjoy times with his/her dear ones. So doing negative act, people are missing their or losing their happy times. So think about it. And when someone reacts to an act which he or she thinks not suitable to society, it’s not against the individual persons. When wrong peoples are accused the wrongs are objected not the people. This is the true spirit of mankind. When you object wrong people, the wrong s are objected not the people. When you support the good people, you are supporting the good.

So live in this beautiful world by doing not much harm to others. Then you will be remembered by at least one person and that person would say “you are a good person”.
