Molecules or ions that exist as optical isomers are called chiral. Carbon atom on which 4 different groups were present is called a chiral carbon. for example CHFClBr molecule. here C has 4 different atoms on it. it is a chiral carbon and the molecule is also chiral.

Coming to your question, except in option C, there is no chiral carbon in the remaining three options.
