A nerve is a bundle of nerve fibres that constitutes the peripheral nervous system and helps in transmission of electric signals.
There are three layers of a peripheral nerve :

1. endoneurium is a connective tissue layer enclosing each axon

2. perineurium : groups of axons are bundled together in a peripheral nerve and are known as fascicles. These fascicles are enclosed within perineurium.

3. Epineurium : outermost layer of a nerve that encloses the whole nerve.
Now based on the above understanding we can easily label the diagram asked in the question. The diagram is attached below :
