A non-Chinese manager working for a U.S. company in China should know about the Chinese labor relations system for the smooth running of the business. In China, the prevailing labor laws are very strict and are made in full compliance with the moderation to eradicate the misusing of labors works by the organizations of not paying them the stated salary, etc.,

During the year 2006, a new labor law was put forwarded and submitted for the public comments also. In the year 2008, the Labor Contract Law was enacted for the People's Republic of China. This law allows the collective bargaining in a form analogous to standard in Western economies, even though the legal unions will get processed to those who affiliated with the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Communist Parties, etc.,
