From the fine structure of aromatic region it appears a quartet (which actually should be a doublet of doublet) pattern indicating that the aromatic ring is para - disubstituted

otherwise if meta substituted : we will observe singlet atleast

if ortho substituted : we will observe triplet atleast

so the structure will be

CHO
