A) Good circuit depends on various factors, which ultimately depends on Requirement of user. Suppose if we consider amplifier then gain must be high, input impedance must be high, output impedance must be low. In passive circuit, impedance matching is very important, therefore factors depends on user requirements or as per circuit.

In general if we consider factors needed to find good circuit, it will include,

1) Durability of components

2) Compactness of circuit

3)Power handling capacity

4) Efficiency

5) Easily accessible etc.

B) There are numerous advantages over analogue, some of them are,

1) Datastorage is possible in digital system.

2) High reliable, in digital error code correction method are available.

3) High speed,

4) Digital system can be programmed easily.

5) Less noisy.

6) Data security.

C) Advantages of analogue system is few, let us find out,

1) Analogue system have high level of accuracy.

2) Rectification of fault is easy.

3) Flexible bandwidth,

4) Greater lifd span.etc.
