The project is complete, and you have been invited to present at a major project management conference. The topic is fostering collaboration among geographically and culturally diverse teams. You decide to focus on how team structure promoted collaboration and facilitated the successful outcome of the project.

Team structuring is very important for a time bounded activity which requires various skill set, information and material fell from different locations and needed high level quality deliverables with zero tolerance for mistakes. I .This succcesssu project on Watercube team structuring was nothat easy because it needed high level expertice to design the swimming pool with unique features and within the allocated budget. Team colloborative was very much required because technicians, engineers ,designers logistics service providers other technsbd functionsl supports were given by members from different locations . The ability to bring them together and. Resolve the clashes between them andother factors such as me talk strain, lack of interest to work together etc was nearly managed. There was invoked effort from managers of all main functionalities inorder to finish the project on time. Team. Colloborative activities were conducted in terms of team bounding exercise, training and development on cultural integrity, ethics and values, value proposition approach, ability work from other locations as a global team ercConflict resolution committee, contingrnco management committee was formed and managed to monitor the performance and provide suggestion to improvement.
