Answer #1

Teaming is a concept which is now taking the front seat in most of the organisations. With the demand for innovation, communication and continuos improvement increasing day by day, it is very important that there is proper co ordination between the members of the team even when they are not working together or are not able to physically see other. This brings in the concept of teaming which means that the individuals working as a team have not met each other or seen each other but still have to work together to complete a certain task. In order to bring the best out of the members of the team, it is very important that these members help each other and ensure that they work as a team to achieve the desired results.

This is considered the major difference between the teaming and regular project teams.

As I told earlier that teaming involves individuals who are working on a project but are on the go and have not met each other or can't see each other. Even then there has to be understanding between the members and they should be able to garner the best results out of it. Therefore the benefits of teaming would be that each member develops a trust on each other over a certain period of time even thought they have not met each other. The disadvantage is that the time taken to build that trust is not certain and it completely depends on the quality of communication that happens between the individuals.
