In today's competitive world, customer satisfaction is the key to achievement in any company. As a consequence, for many organisations, servicing client requirements has become a concern. However, they did not act on the workers ' satisfaction, who are the company's internal customers. Employers must know that there is a greater likelihood of a content and motivated worker making important contributions to the organisation. It can lead in fresh orders being won for the organisation or even fresh thoughts for product modification.

Employers need to understand that a content and motivated employee has a higher probability of making significant contributions to the organization. It may result in new orders that are won for the organization or even new ideas for the amendment of the product.

Divergence in most organisations between the nature of the work and posting is contentious. Organizations frequently treat an employee as a gofer and fail to feed the employee's competence, which must be heavily condemned. This is mainly because employers believe of staff as machine components that based on the necessity can be used as needed. Consequently, the attitude of the employee towards job suffers, which in turn impacts the organization's productivity.

Employers should understand the trick of doing the work. Work quality depends on how well staff can get the job done by the manager. The quality of job acquired at the correct moment from an worker patted by the manager is better than an worker nagged by the manager in terms of shipping time. Employee performance, recognition for the correct assignment at the correct time, respect for self-esteem and non-ego bruises complement the quality of job, which in turn improves the organization's productivity and maintains the staff in the organisation for a longer period of time.

Research has shown that brainstorming doesn't work as well as you might believe. Instead, you should allow your staff to weigh their thoughts separately on what they can do before they come together to make suggestions.

The nice thing about being yourself is that it adds a touch of originality to what you're doing and that authenticity is what makes individuals follow, participate and remain tuned for what's next to happen.
