According to the Lechatelier's principle, any change in factor at equilibrium will shift the equilibrium in that direction where it's effect of change reduces.

Thus, adding HCl and Mg shift equilibrium forward and increase amount of H2.

Removing H2 shift equilibrium forward where more H2 produced.

Answer is increasing the amount of HCl and Mg and removing H2 as it is formed.
