Question

I understand how the amplitude is 0.118 but I do not understand how the angle is -0.78. When I do this problem, I get 1/(6+6j) which in phasor according to my calculator gives, 0.118<-45

x(t) = cos(1) and transfer function H(s) =s2+6s+7 find steady state response ys(t) (13 #6 Given points) X(s) Y (s) H(s) Answer: HG2) = =-=-=-22-45° = 0.1182-0.7854 -1+j6 + 76+j6 12 12ー (t) = 0.11 8cos(t-0.7854)
