Question

I have a project where I have to explain a "fake" theoretical proposed mechanism reaction. Using any reagents how would I get from ferulic acid to vanillin? Please include a sketch with curved arrows. This reactuon doesnt have to be realistic, reasonable, or true. it's just theoretical.
