mass of cabinet m = 30 kg

weight of cabinet mg = 30 x 9.8 N

coefficient of static friction = \mu_s = 0.80

limiting frictional force = \mu_s\,mg = 235.2 N

this is the maximum possible frictional force.

However when Bob is pulling the cabinet with a force 200 N (direction is horizontal), cabinet is not moving.

It is in equilibrium.

frictional force on the cabinet = 200 N
