We have spent several weeks together in our professional virtual learning environment. Accordingly, you as an individual have learned behavioral practices of your class members through the communications. What is one positive habit, pattern, or wont of a class member you wish to emulate in your own future organizational or personal practices? Why?

One positive habit of my class member that needs to be mentioned here is the helping attitude. This is one habit which I wish to emulate in my future organizational practices. I have seen my classmate help the people that are unable to work on assignments that are either critical are do not have a clear understanding of the same. There is no doubt, people must help one another to progress. Sadly, this is not the scenario everywhere.

Helping others is what I consider as a great practice. This not only helps in personal growth but also helps in the moving forward with past learning. Often helping others help others to progress and this is a future leadership trait. Therefore, I think emulating the same practice can also help imbibe this character into myself and I can be of help in the future organization.
