This is an esterification reaction of a carboxylic acid in presence of acid catalyst.Esterification reaction have all steps are in equllibrium . first H+ ion will taken by carbonyl group of carboxylic acid (here Hexanoic acid ) followed by nucleophillic attack by alcohol (here cyclopentanol) ,then hydrogen exchange between OH groups followed by elimination of water and removal of H+ to regenerate acid catalyst to form product cyclopentyl hexanoate + water. So option B is correct.
