Borontrifluoride reacts with dimethyl sulphide and forms borontrifluoride methylsulphide complex.
There exists a co-ordinate covalent bond(dative bond) between Sulphur atom of dimethyl sulphide and Boron atom of boron trifluoride.
In co-ordinate covalent bond the shared two electrons between the atoms are donated by only one atom, then the two electrons are shared by both donar and acceptor atoms.
It is a 2-centre,2-electron covalent bond.

As sulphur is having two lone pair of electrons it acts as a donor atom.
In BF3 boron has (only 6 electrons) incomplete octet,hence to attain octet configuration for boron
sulphur donates the one lone pair of electrons and then they both are shared equally between the two atoms sulphur and boron.
