Answer:

Chemical convection is convection flow that occurs due to difference in density of different components of a liquid. In the core of our earth there is the outer core and inner core. Lighter components are realised at the inner core-outer core boundary that travels to the outer boundary of the outer core while dense composition sinks down towards the inner core.

This convection causes the Dynamo Effect. An electric field is developed in the outer liquid core. This coupled with our earth’s rotation results in a magnetic field being generated that surrounds our entire planet.
