Explanation :- In vertebrate embrayo , initially nodal gene expressed symmetrically. After gastrulation nodal is restricted to the left side and it's specify the left / right axis in embrayo .

Where as , FGF8 gene provide instructions for making fibroblast growth factor 8 . BMP2 gene encode TGE beta and shh gene provide instructions for making a protein which is important for development of embrayo .
