Always look at the names of enzyme,they themself will give the clue.for example peptidase means peptide breaking.so

-Peptidases-break peptide into amino acid

trypsin-digestion of protein and activation of other protein digesting enzymes.

-lipase-digestion of triglycerides.

Enteropeptodase-intestinal enzyme that activate trypsinogen

Nuclease-digestion of DNA and RNA.

Amylase-digestion of complex carbohydrates

Protease-breaks down protein into smaller chunk.
