Answer #1

Answer. The protein which is cationic in nature will interact with the column and will come out last. While the protein which is anionic in nature will have no interaction with coulmn and will come out fast. So, Protein A will come out first as there is interaction force in the column which is holding the protein and protein C which is cationic in nature will have cationic interaction with the column which will hinder its movement so it will come out in the last.
