Gap inc. would agree to a lease agreement that would cause them to pay more on...

Gap inc. would agree to a lease agreement that would cause them to pay more on rent when their profits increased. I don't see a benefit for Gap in the arrangement and could see where it could lead Gap to falsify their profits to avoid paying the extra amount on rent. Does this could be an agreement that could invite fraud?

Actually the lease agreement amount cannot depend upon the profits of the business.the gap Inc moving to fraud and falsiy the profits are not treated as fraud actually.the lease agreement amount should be fixed and cannot vary with the profits of the business.the agreement cannot be treated as fraud.
