Human ware :
Humanware is hardware and software which emphasizes mostly on design of user interface, user capability and empowerment. Few example of humanware would be speech syntesis and speech recognising microchips which focus on all aspects of usability and making it more user friendly.

Process Flows:
Process flow provides more logical and visual representation of the steps which are taken sequentially or based on some interim logic in the process.
An example of process flow is shown below:

Software:
Software is a set of instruction set, or program or a group of program used to operate a computer or give instruction to any device.
Few instances of Software are image editor, office suites, Operating system, music player etc.

Hardware:
Hardware are the collections of physical parts of a computer system or any functioning machinary.
Few instances of hardware are hard disk drive, mother board, monitor video card etc.

Telecommunication:
Communication over dustance using electrical and electromagnetic signals or electromagnetic waves of various wavelengths.
Few Instances of telecommunication systems are telephone network, radio broadcasting, compute network, internet etc.
