Answer #1

Units in ending inventory = 1,002 - 503 = 499 units

Under FIFO method inventory units is considered to be from the last purchases.

499 units of ending inventory must be from December 31 purchases as per FIFO.

Ending inventory value = 499 units x $8.25

= $4,116.75

Therefore, option C is correct
