Please I need help to create a website, using HTML5, that connects to Microsoft SQL Server

This what I came up with but I don’t know how to get it to connect to my server? Please help

For connecting database you need 'dbname, version, text desccription'

var db = openDatabase('dbname','version','text description','dbsize');

use executeSql for execute query.

and if you want to connect with live server you need to use php for database connection like below

$servername = "localhost";

$username = "username";

$password = "password";

$dbname = "dbname";

// Create connection
$conn = mysqli_connect($servername, $username, $password, $dbname);
