SOLUTION :


Water flow rate from hose

= Area of hose inside * speed of water coming out 

= pi / 4 * d^2  * v 

= pi / 4 * (5)^2 * 0.8 *100   (cm^3 / sec)

= 1570.80 cm^3 /sec

 = 1.5708 L / sec. (since 1000 cm^3 = 1 L) 


Time to fill up 18 L bucket 

= water quantity in L / flow rate in L/sec

= 18 / 1.5708

= 11.46 sec (ANSWER).
