Above one is enlarged one with dimensions.

3mm 80mm 9 mm dimm / 50min 60 mm mm 125 mm

The above one is enlarged with dimensions and proportions.

Drawing procedure:

As there are no dimensions or proportions mentioned I have taken some dimensions as shown above.

Firstly start with centre circle of 1mm diameter and draw a perpendicular lines of the circle and draw the horizontal line 30 mm above and below from the centre of the circle.

Expand those lines equally on both sides 125 mm bottom one and 80 mm top one.

And complete the remaining diagram by seeing on to it.
