Posting advertisment in the job portals in which there will be individuals looking for a job with appropriate skills are available and they can actually be called for interview or face to face discussions based on which individuals may be recruited for the position available for the job. Quality and quantity both can be obtained from the same.

2. The options depend on the type of requirement that the organization may possess and the individuals will be shortlisted and selected based in the same. What type of parameters will be evaluated for the same is important and individuals fulfilling the same should be recruited.

3. I would select applicants who will be interested for the position and they should have the required skills which will make the recruitment successful for the organization of the business. Individuals with proper technical expertise and communication onwieledge needs to be selected for the position and they needs to be employed in order to make the business profitable or beneficial.
