\vec{E_1}=\frac{KQ_1}{x_1^2}\hat{x}

where x1 distance between point of intrest and Q1=3m

and due to charge Q2

\vec{E_2}=-\frac{KQ_2}{x_2^2}\hat{x}

similarly x2 distance beween point and Q2=1m

so puttong values we get

\vec{E_1}=22000\hat{x}

and

\vec{E_2}=-423000\hat{x}

so net field is

\vec{E}=22000\hat{x}-423000\hat{x}

\vec{E}=-401000\hat{x}

so option c)
