Flow Chart for preparation of 2 liter plastic soft drinks bottle with cap. Raw Material Dryer moulding moulding any Trimmed Final Raw Material 1 Product Mold mandrel Press Air Bottom mould piece to Process - Generally plastic bottles for soft drinks are made of PET, which is prepared by polymerisation of terepthalic acid and methand. - Parison is prepared from PET by injection moulding, The parison is then put into the monks with a mandrel for blow moulding . Then pressurised air is supplied to the parison so that it can take the shape of the mould of a 2 litre bottle... - Finally the product is taken out and trimmed as per required shape.

Cap Manufacturing Process: Caps are made of Polyethelene, to be more Specific caps are made of HDPE.. › HDPE is initially passed through a duger, As these components are small to achieve more productivity multi cavity moulds are used. > Caps are prepared by Injection moulding Finally moulded products are passed through a chiller - This is how a cap of 2 lit soft drinks bottle is produced. ha
